Inflatable Pubs CT was founded in 2016 by Stephen Miskell and Kim Taute, who both wanted to share their love of all things Irish with the rest of the Nutmeg State.
Stephen Miskell, co-founder of Inflatable Pubs CT, originally hails from Galway, on the west coast of Ireland. Arriving in America in 2004, Stephen brought with him an entrepreneurial spirit and quickly founded Galway Tiling, a home remodeling service.
In 2016 Stephen started Inflatable Pubs CT in order to share his love of his home country with his adopted home of Connecticut. When he’s not busy running his businesses, Stephen can be found on the Board of Directors for the Irish American Home Society in Glastonbury, Connecticut as well as serving as Vice Chair of the Hartford Gaelic Athletic Association.
Kim Taute is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and currently serves as the Human Resources Director at a local non-profit. A lifelong resident of Wethersfield, Kim can trace her Irish roots back to her great-grandparents. She is also a proud member of the Irish American Home Society, and she brims with pride for her Irish heritage.
